This session highlights real experiences, challenges faced by young people in Europe, and emphasize the importance of dialogue, support, and community in promoting well-being.

This event will provide insight into the lived experiences of youth, chances to reflect on personal stories, useful resources and support services and a platform for collective learning and understanding.
